Simon is an experienced broker based in our Port Dickson office and has extensive knowledge of power and sailing yachts. Raised in Penang, a coastal state of Malaysia, Simon also has in-depth knowledge of the coastal cruising grounds of Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.
Simon has been with Simpson Marine since 1998 and has sold more than 150 boats as part of his accolades. He is supported in his role by his service team and a range of marketing staff. Simon is fluent in English, Malay and Chinese.
Having lived in Singapore for more than two decades, William returns to Malaysia to pursue his passion for yachting and joins the expanding team in Port Dickson as Yacht Broker. Having grown up in Penang and getting in the yachting lifestyle through fishing, diving and boating, William now strives on assisting clients to realise their dream of owning a yacht suitable for their lifestyle.
With experience in managing project sales and marketing from a marine, oil and gas industry background, William always strives to understand the client’s needs and delivers the requirement. William is fluent in several languages such as English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and dialects.
Cheryl moved from Kuala Lumpur to Port Dickson with her family to spend more time together. She joined the team in 2010 as the Office Administrator and Sales Support Executive. A familiar face in the area, Cheryl assists the Country Manager and oversee the day to day tasks of the office.
Cheryl has valuable experience and handles aspects of yacht registration with Langkawi and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Malaysia (MCMC). This includes new and second-hand yacht registration, renewals, deletion and change of ownership. She speaks local Portuguese dialect and is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Khairi is a seasoned seaman with vast experiences on the sea all around the globe. He is a qualified Marine engineer who has worked in merchant & commercial vessels. This has earned him experiences and clocking excellent sea time having almost travelled across oceans around the world. He then moved into the yachting industry where he was Chief engineer on board a 172 superyacht. Khairi joined the Simpson Marine team after where he is the first point of contact for repairs, service and yacht care in Malaysia.
